In this real-life like case interview, you're going to grade yourself on my 7-point rubric, just like a case interviewer would assess your performance. You're going to know if you'd actually pass the case interview in the real world, before your real interview!
Discover the areas where you're relatively weak
You'll learn the specific areas where you are "good" (which is not good enough in the real-world). Remember, almost everybody does "good" and almost everybody will not pass the case. It's very important to get "great."
Learn exactly how to make those areas super strong
In each area of the case, you'll learn what a "great" performance looks like. Specifically, you'll be able to compare and contrast your performance against a "good" performance and also against a "great" one.
How it works
- You'll watch a recorded video of me giving you a case. I'll give you the case prompt and ask questions. You'll write down and respond to my questions out loud just like you would normally.
- I'll then show you exactly what a "good" and a "great" response looks and sounds like. You'll then pause and reflect on how your response compares.
- We do this for each key. Then, you'll score yourself on my rubric, to see exactly where you need to improve, and determine if you'd actually pass the case.
