In this 8 minute video, you're going to learn the three strategies on how to do great in your problem solving analysis. These are: 1) Keeping in mind the case question(s) to solve, 2) Being hypothesis driven, and 3) Recognizing that this is your problem to solve.

Key 3 of 7 - Identifying the nuggets

In this 7 minute video, you're going to learn the three strategies on how to do great in quickly getting to "what matters." These are: 1) Using my H-T-W framework, 2) Thinking about implications, and 3) Proactively thinking about "now what."

Key 4 of 7 - Calculating math

In this 9 minute video, you're going to learn the three strategies on how to do great in calculating math quickly and accurately. These are: 1) Knowing the 3 powerful "shortcut hacks", 2) Being organized, and 3) Knowing the 4 case interview math "land mines."

In this 6 minute video, you're going to learn the three strategies on how to do great generating ideas. These are: 1) Using an appropriate "idea generation" structure, 2) Recognizing that more matters, and 3) Considering the trade-offs and implications of an idea.

In this 3 minute video, you're going to learn the R-A-N master framework to deliver a great recommendation time and time again. You'll see how each aspect of this framework uses inputs from each of the prior keys.

Key 7 of 7 - Communicating effectively

In this 4 minute video, you're going to learn the 3Cs framework to score great in communicating effectively. Across both the behavioral interview and case interview, you need to speak clearly, concisely, and confidently.
